Synopsis

The radio is turned on and you hear sound of an air raid siren coming through the radio and an announcer is frantically yelling into the microphone:

"Everyone get out of the city. All major cities on both coasts have been nuked. In addition a tsnami has hit the entire length of the both coasts and all costal cities are under hundreds of feet of water. An EMP attack has occured over those areas and we can not contact them. Numerous earthquakes have been reported from the middle section of the country. We've also had reports that the UK and Europe are experiencing the same phenomena that we are. Run for the hills!"

The radio goes dead just as he concludes his speech. You hear a noise outside and get ready to investigate.
