This was later unofficially ported to ScottCom version 2.02 by Stuart George and the data file saved in the Scott Adams TI-99/4A adventure format. This version can be played on any platform that supports the Bunyon adventure interpreter or on the TI-99/4A using the Scott Adams' Adventure cartridge.
The C64 version was adapted in 2004 to make an unofficial version for Plus 4; see here.
Charming little game, with the usual puzzles. I had to refer to the solution for one puzzle only, trying to deal with the tiger (in the end it was the standard solution we've seen many times, but with an added twist). Particularly commendable was the way the game opens up at the start, so you have multiple problems you can attempt.
The Solution by Amby was the one I used, it was slightly incorrect, it doesn't tell you to Take the Cutless before cutting the mattress.
If you tell me exactly where you should pick up the cutlass, I'll update her solution.

Good PETSCII graphics, good puzzles. A good game.
