I have given scant attention to the Amiga over the years, but I can thoroughly recommend this tale of vampirism meets science fiction, set both below ground and in a quaint English village. The initial problems are routine, but the suspense and real-time elements build to a feverish climax (in more ways than one).
The garden maze in this game is very odd. There are two entrances, but only one exit. Going SE from one particular maze location alternately takes you to either 1) a certain maze location or 2) to the northern maze entrance. I don't know if this is a bug or a clever construct that I don't understand. Either way there appears to be nothing inside.
A rather good horror yarn, set in three distinct regions. This would be a good suggestion for an adventuring neophyte who doesn't mind a story being gory. The real-time elements ratchet up the tension in a few places; one criticism would be that the puzzle solutions are a bit telegraphed. One pointless maze.
