Based on the 1984 tv series, the game pits you as Robin Hood in a darker, magic-infused version of the legend.
You re-enact all the major points of the classic tale (rescuing Marian, the archery contest) while searching for six touchstones which you must give to the forest god Herne the Hunter.
Notes
The puzzles are fairly simple but the atmosphere works well in recreating medieval Sherwood Forest.
One of the first games I ever bought, so I have nostalgic feelings about this one. It took me quite a while to figure out the beginning - not being very well versed in the ways of Robin, I had a hard time figuring out Much. Much what? Oh... it's a person :D Fortunately the programmers had been kind enough to enclose the required opening movies on a slip of paper.
Somewhat arbitrary at times and not as polished as Gremlins. Its main gimmick is systematic exploration of 127 locations on a grid for hidden things, so it's more an exercise in patience. Remarkable graphics by Teoman Irmak, but a bit short on ideas.
