This must actually be mostly in assembly language - only two very small segments are in Basic.
I just checked it with a HEX editor, but it is written in Basic.
This is definitely in BASIC. For proof, LOAD "DINOADV" and then type ?&19E6=32 and then type CALL TOP and then type LIST
